It’s easy, but I have to warn you that some people have not taken to my answer. Starting to practice traditional Tantra doesn’t involve any secret yogic practices or sex. Tantra begins when you start relating more consciously to the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space.
Focus on tantric Kegels and breathwork. Start in a relaxed, comfortable position, and breathe deeply. Use your Bliss Breath: Constrict the back of your throat, inhale to create a whispering sound, then exhale and release that sound again.
It is pseudo-Tantra that is based on techniques because if techniques are there, ego will be there, controlling. Then you will be doing it – and doing is the problem, doing brings the doer. Tantra has to be a non-doing; it cannot be technical. You can learn techniques – you can learn a certain breathing so that coitus can become longer.
