• Can I use a taser CEW?

  Do not use or attempt to use any CEW model unless you have read, understood, and are following all cur - rent instructions, warnings, and relevant Taser training materials before using Taser CEWs. Failure to do so could increase the risk of death or serious injury to the user or others.

• How do taser® weapons fire accurately?

  All Taser X26, X26E, X26C, X2, Taser CAM, M26, M18, C2, PULSE and BOLT Operating Manuals are at the bottom of the page Taser® weapons fire very accurately from a safe distance of several feet away with the use of barbed projectiles (probes) connected by insulated wire to the Taser.

• Where is the safety button on a taser?

  On the AIR Taser and Taser C2 the safety mechanism is on the top, and the trigger is a button also located on the top. On all the Taser M18, M26 and X26 models the safety is a lever on both sides with a conventional trigger. For that reason the M18, M26 and X26 models are very instinctive and easy to use.

• Where can I find taser training materials?

  The most current training materials are available by contacting Taser’s Training Department. Do not attempt to use this CEW until you have completed training with a Taser International, Inc. (Taser) Certified Instructor. WARNING

• What is the Taser 7 CQ?

  The Taser 7 CQ is built to support only Close Quarters Cartridges, which allows its probes to reach optimal spread when deployed from only 3 feet away from the subject. Unlike past Taser Energy Weapons, the Taser 7 CQ does not rely on cables and manual firmware updates.

• What is the Axon Taser 7 CEW?

  The Taser 7 CEW is a firmware upgradable, 2-shot weapon manufactured by Axon Enterprise, Inc. The Taser 7 CEW uses two replaceable Taser 7 Cartridges containing compressed nitrogen to deploy two small probes that are attached to the Taser 7 CEW by insulated conductive wires.

• What do you need to know about type 2 Taser 7?
