The NanoQuant Plate is designed for the quantification of nucleic acids, e.g. dsDNA, ssDNA, cDNA, Oligos and RNA, and assessment of the efficiency of fluorescent labeling. With some restrictions, also protein samples can be quantified with the NanoQuant Plate.
The Infinite M200 PRO NanoQuant can detect DNA concentrations as low as 1 ng/μl, and is compatible with Tecan’s patented NanoQuant Plate™, a powerful tool for nucleic acid quantification, quality control and labeling efficiency determination.
