And of course the shop has large sign of the same icon near or next to it's door. And some merchants will sell Technicks along with other things and in the buy menu the Technicks can be found in the section with the icon tab of an unrolled scroll and the color the tab is different form the others as it the only one in grey.

New operators should be taught how to properly evaluate toolholders so they can recognize when toolholders need to be replaced to prevent premature cutting tool failure, or even expensive damage to the spindle.

When a tool holder is not being run for a job and is taken out of the machine, it should be wiped clean and have a light coating of a rust preventative sprayed on it. When the time comes to place that tool back into service, it should have the “oil” wiped off of it before it is placed back into the spindle.
Any time a toolholder slips inside the spindle, it’s going to cause undue and possibly catastrophic wear. Fretting is just the first sign of it, before things get to be very serious. With fretting, you’re looking for small copper colored pits or marks on the toolholder taper. Fretting is easily mistaken for rust, but it is not rust.
