1 Wireless connection could have been lost. Try reboot the device and re-discover on Alexa. 2 Internet access on your router could be unavailable. 3 The remote control function could have been turned off. 4 There is an issue with the cloud server.

Bought TP-Link Smart Wi-Wfi Led Bulbs and could only work with Kasa remote. Would not connect to Alexa, with many attempts. Have invested in bulbs and time, but need some support to resolve this issue. Should be a straight forward installation, not sure what the difficulty is.
