Using the Varjo XR-3 headset, anybody can transport another person to their physical reality, completely bridging the real and the virtual in true-to-life visual fidelity.
The following software is required to use XR-1 Developer Edition, VR-2 Pro, VR-2, and VR-1: We recommend using the latest version. Note that you will need a Varjo Account to download Varjo Base. Navigate to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update on your Windows 10 computer. We recommend using the latest version.
Explanations of the examples can be found on the Unity Examples page. Making a build for the Varjo headset is no different than creating any other VR build. For further instructions refer to the Unity documentation. Note: Only 64-bit builds are supported by Varjo headsets.
SteamVR™ Tracking is available for all Varjo headsets. When using SteamVR™ Tracking, SteamVR™ base stations are used to track your headset and controllers. You can use either SteamVR™ 2.0 or 1.0 base stations for tracking. Your base stations and accessories must be compatible with each other as described below.
Varjo headsets are compatible with a broad range of Windows 10 computers. See examples of tested computers and motherboards. The following software is required to use XR-3 and VR-3: Varjo Base 3.0 or later is required. We recommend using the latest version.
