The order has been mis processed, forgotten about and poorly communicated. I also ordered a few accessories for my own Veloretti bike at the same time, I’ve only received some of these, in 2 separate deliveries so far, bells came damaged and so did the basket- which was sent with no attachment so I can’t even use it anyway.

Basket is great - fits perfect on the Veloretti. Marking a star down because there was poor communication on shipping and delivery. The shipping time was very long and I only got a notification that the item was shipped after it arrived. It took almost 15 days to receive the bike but parcel tracking and delivery was fine
