Vendlet consists of a slide sheet, a turning sheet, a hand control and two motorized bars mounted on each side of the bed. Developed by a physiotherapist, the Vendlet is mounted on a profiling bed and uses two motorised roller bars with an integral slide sheet and turning sheet to gently turn or reposition a patient. Commonly used by just one caregiver, the Vendlet patient turning system can assist with:

With the Speed Adjustment add on, it is possible to adjust the speed of the system to 75% and 50% or regular speed. When the bars are left up, the Vendlet patient turning aid functions as a build-in bed rail, which has been tested and approved by an independent test institute (TÜV).
