Dec 04, 2018 . If you have red Fail light and no Network light then you are not getting a signal from Verizon. Like previous poster said you will need to call up and someone will probably need to come out to fix. Typical lights should be Power, Battery, Network, Management, and Data or MoCA depending on your connection to the router. Reply.

Yesterday, Verizon upgraded our ONT box due to some tv signal strength issues, so we now have ONT Model I-211M-L. The tech yesterday had said this is the ONT needed for up to gigabit speed. However, half my house is not wired for ethernet, but it does have coax everywhere, so I'd like to keep using MoCa.
