  Versalift East offers a full-range of bucket trucks, cable placers, digger derricks, sign cranes, hi-rail equipment, utility/service/dump truck bodies, crash attenuators, trailers, tracked vehicles along with parts and services dedicated to the specialized needs of electric utility, telecommunications, municipal and contractor fleet.

• Are there any recalls on Versalift aerial lifts?

  Versalift has the fewest product recalls among aerial lift manufacturers. Versalift distributors provide a wide range of services to customers across the United States and Canada. Services include sales, service, upfitting, remounting, parts, warranty and training.

• Do you need a credit card to use Versalift?

  There is no need no login to purchase from the Versalift parts store, you can simply order as a guest and pay by credit card. We have also imported all of the user names and emails from previous customers and set up profiles.

  The Versalift Global Partner Program is a members-only website, created for customers who are responsible for managing or maintaining a fleet of bucket trucks, digger derricks and other utility vehicles. The secure system tracks technical specifications for every aerial lift and associated chassis.

• What is the serial number on a Versalift bucket truck?

  Every Versalift bucket truck, cable placer and digger derrick is delivered with its own operator’s manual, specifically printed for that unit. Every manual comes matched to its unit, with the unit’s serial number printed on it. It is required by law to have that manual with the equipment at all times.
