To open the Gas Door when it is stuck, you will need a tongue depressor or something about the same thickness. Make sure all door are unlocked, then gentle place the tongue depressor in the gas door where the locking mechanism is located. Now gently pry the door open, this take a little bit of prying but this will pop the door open.

Remove the RR inner cover inside the vehicle (RR lamp assembly) and look for the violet/grey with brown wire. That will disable the locking motor and the fuel door will open from that point on without the central locking computer trying the activate the locking motor.
