The game was launched in 1933, packaged in a tuck box, at 1/9d per pack. Initial sales were nil, and so the game was repackaged at 2/6d and sales boomed, up to 1000 packs per week.
Initial production bore the sticker “Made by World Games Co. Ltd., Auckland, New Zealand” but within a couple of years the printed text “Manufactured by Milton Bradley (NZ) Ltd, Auckland, New Zealand” was present on the box lid.
