Works much better than the dip fryers for outside. Caution though - it does make the house smell like fried foods but the taste of the turkey was worth it. Quick hint - we had a fresh turkey and did some trimming of the neck and tail area to eliminate excess skin as not to inhibit the turning of the rotisserie.
