Jan 05, 2009 . It's a solid build and the 12 page manual(!) is surprisingly well thought out and written. There is a bit of octave-fuzz to the sound also, but that didn't really come through as clearly in the vid. All in all, I'm stoked to add a SuperFuzz to my pedal stable.

Mark your RMA number clearly in large text on the outside of the package. We are unable to accept packages which do not clearly show the RMA number on the outside of the box. Inside the package, please include a letter providing your name, your RMA number, your return shipping address, and a brief description of the problem.
When the returned shipment is received, the RMA record can be easily opened by entering the RMA number in the Activity ID field in the Business Activity window. Now, in order to return the product to inventory, go to the Material tab of the RMA, click the Material button and enter the product that is being returned as a negative quantity.
Geeks generally refer to this as “RMA’ing” a piece of hardware. The first step of the process is getting an RMA number. You can’t send the product back without an RMA number — well, you could, but it would either be marked “return to sender” or it would be misplaced and you’d never see it again.
Sometimes the term is informally used as a verb: “I’ll have to RMA that new system because it was DOA.” An RMA is a numbered authorization provided by a mail-order merchant to permit the return of a product. Most mail-order businesses have a policy concerning returns.
