Remove battery corrosion if present using fine sand paper or dry paper towel. Install a fresh alkaline battery. Make certain battery is not in backwards. Inspect time set knob to insure no obstruction exists. Be sure battery makes contact with + and – terminals. If necessary remove and replace battery and then rotate battery while in place.
