The Weston #10 did exactly what I wanted it to do: grind meat and stuff sausage. Very easy to do, just remember things like to use ice water and near-freeze not only the meat, but the Weston as well. Cold is not only safe, but it makes grinding easier! Also, it was very easy to do the entire operation by myself.
