In this you should contact the customer support to report the issue. Now you need to register your GPS tracking device on SpyTec website. Head over to GPS Account ActIvation page to get the registration form. Here you will be required to submit your profile, billing, credit card and subscription plan information.
This is a security measure from Spytec so that they can easily identify you from your unique pin when you call in Spytec GPS Customer Support. Hit Continue to proceed. Enter the your GL300 GPS tracker IMEI number in the first field. The IMEI number is a 15 digit printed at the back of your GPS tracker.
Create your account by putting in your email address, desirable username and password. Click Sign up to Spytec to proceed. This next step requires you to put in your personal details like name, contact number and company name. Next you need to create a 6 digit security pin code.
