• Is there a limited warranty on Corro Protec?

  This limited warranty covers only the replacement of the Corro-Protec system by an equivalent product, subject to the terms and conditions set out here after. The consumer shall be required to retain the proof of purchase. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and do not apply to subsequent transferees.

• What is the moisture warranty for Coretec tile?

  COREtec moisture warranty excludes damage resulting from mold and/or mildew growth due to prolonged exposure to moisture. If the floor plank or tile is structurally impugned, resulting from exposure to water, COREtec will arrange a pro-rated credit based on the terms outlined below in the section headed “Terms Of Lifetime Limited Warranties”.

• Is the Coretec Pro Plus flooring waterproof?

  All decors in the Collection feature the patented COREtec ® technology. Since COREtec is 100% waterproof. COREtec Pro Plus floors can be installed in wet areas and will never swell when exposed to water. COREtec is inert and dimensionally stable; it will not expand or contract under normal conditions.

• Do you need expansion strips for Coretec flooring?

  COREtec is inert and dimensionally stable; it will not expand or contract under normal conditions. Further and never needs expansion strips in large rooms. Each plank has an attached cork underlayment for a quieter vinyl floor. Cork is naturally resistant to odor causing mold and mildew.
