Purchased an Xotic PC-branded laptop, the G77H. Ordered evening of 10/25 (after hours), e-mail confirmation said 10-15 business days to build and I might want to do a rush order. So I called the company on 10/27 to add that, only to find out they'd built the laptop that morning. I received on Saturday, 10/30, without paying for rush shipping.
