Ysoft SafeQ Solution Overview Ysoft SafeQ is a comprehensive print management software solution designed for the enterprise to reduce the cost of print services, improve productivity and increase document security.
A Ysoft SafeQ Client is installed on the user's workstation which is connected to the SafeQ server. Server components can be located in headquarters or remote locations. With CBPR, print jobs stay on the workstation and are sent to a printer directly (without passing through a server).
Ysoft SafeQ Print Roaming ensures that documents are not printed until the user authenticates at a printer. And, Print Roaming contributes to cost savings because it eliminates unwanted prints. It also increases employee productivity because they can print at any printer.
