Zeiger and Brown is a home brand for BBQ Galore. It's pretty good. When people start to sell you fancy technology a good question to ask is how long is the warranty and does it cover the expensive bits. BBQ's wear out. For $6,000 in 10 years you don't want to have a white elephant eg broken and you can't get bits to fix it.

I then filled the Ziegler & Brown Smoker Box with Apple BBQ Smoking Chips and placed it on the lit side burner and waited for it to start to smoke up. Ziggy 2 burner BBQ is amazing. This BBQ is fantastic and great for cooking roasts, steaks, snags, vegetables and even scones. It's easy to clean with BBQ wipes and then once a month take the plates in and wash in warm soapy water. The baking tray with roast rack is the best accessory.

The Ziegler & Brown Turbo barbeque range is designed with plenty of power to heat up quickly with the hood open or closed. With the hood closed and the barbeque pre-heated, its important to then turn some burners to low and others to off in order to not overheat the barbeque which could result in increased temperature hazards and burning your food.
When both spring pins are pulled fully outwards from the barbeque, the pins can be rotated and rested back into the UNLOCKED position. Gas Safety Checks Before assembling your barbeque, you should ensure your barbeque is suited to the type of gas that you are going to use.
