Unfortunately Ziegler & Brown do not even have the decency to reply to my email via there website. Fact being if the Z&B BBQ had problems - there would be NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER! S... o I advise do not trust this company for after sales service whatsoever! Ziegler & Brown customer service is NON EXISTENT!

Featuring a stainless steel design, the Turbo Elite 4 burner comes standard with four powerful RQT burners. The RQT burners effectively transfer heat to food on the grill, retaining moisture and flavour.
Its high-domed, roll-back hood is a ... unique Ziegler & Brown design and can be used open or closed for incredible versatility when cooking and grilling. The Ziggy can be setup on a table top or can utilise the optional cart or stand for something more permanent.
Z&B and BBQs Galore would try to tell you this is not common however it IS a problem with all these BBQs. Z&B will again replace the firebox (under the 10 year warranty) however this will need to be done every 10-12 months until all the other parts, not covered by warranty will fail and make the BBQ useless.
