Zyppah was created by a dentist. It comes in several color combinations. It is cleared by the FDA for snoring. Like other snoring devices, Zyppah is ‘boil and bite’ device. By heating the oral device, the thermoplastic becomes compliant and allows for the teeth to create an impression.
Zyppah for Sleep Apnea. While the ‘regular’ Zyppah is focused mostly on simple snoring, the Zyppah Pro line is focused on sleep apnea. Both devices bring the lower jaw forward relative to the upper jaw. Both lines also feature a tongue suppressing/retaining strap.
Other symptoms include morning headaches, daytime tiredness, and inability to concentrate. The Zyppah is used to reduce or even eliminate the sound of snoring but does not necessarily treat any underlying issues such as OSA.

The Zyppah product is classified as a mandibular advancement device (MAD) and its black and neon green (also available in other colors). Update: Some readers have left reviews about issues with me about Zyppah’s poor customer service. I didn’t have any issues personally but read the comments for other people’s experiences.
