Yes, you will need better springs and retainers to control the valve and to accomodate the extra lift. and you'll need a tune. One package was a ZZ4 that they installed the LT4 HotCam into. It made 3 extra ponies and lost 2 ft/lbs of torque. Not even worth the time to swap it. They also had a package where they swapped the stock ZZ4 heads for a set of FastBurn heads. That picked up 30HP and 7 ft/lbs of torque with no change to the cam.

The original ZCam, released in 2000, was an ENG video camera add-on used for digital video compositing.
