    Unlike other kayaks where a solo paddler has to paddle from the stern cockpit, Pakboats solo/double kayaks can be purchased with a solo or double deck – or both. This way, you can always get your kayak trimmed properly. Canoes and kayaks that you can pack for travel are generally folding or inflatable.

    The canoe will absorb severe impact and usually slide over or by rocks with no damage where fiberglass, kevlar, or aluminum canoes crack or get hung up. In this respect, the PakCanoe behaves much like ABS boats weighing 20 – 30 lbs more.
