Pakboats canoes and kayaks are reasonably easy to assemble, but it takes a little practice. You will find that it will take much longer to assemble your craft the very first time, but as time goes on, you can cut your assembly time down significantly.

I use large plastic tie wraps on the gunwales to bow joints to stop them springing up - probably overkill but it helps keep things in place during assembly.

This way, you can always get your kayak trimmed properly. Canoes and kayaks that you can pack for travel are generally folding or inflatable.

The unique Pakboats structures are also much lighter and pack smaller. Similar size inflatables weigh about 50% more than a Pakboat.
After climbing the tower, descend into the UBoat by climbing down the hatch. Click "Climb" and then use forward/backward (W/S) to climb up/down. You may need to click a closed hatch to open it first. The first ladder leads into the inside of the conning tower, then the next ladder down leads to the Control Room.
