Windows Live Photo Gallery allows you to index and organize your photos using tagging tools.
Windows Photo Gallery (formerly known as Windows Live Photo Gallery) is an image organizer, photo editor and photo sharing app. It is a part of Microsoft's Windows Essentials software suite.
Windows Photo Gallery allows photos to be edited for exposure or color correction. It also provides other basic photo editing functions, such as resizing, cropping, and red-eye reduction. Users can view a photo's color histogram, which allows them to adjust the photo's shadows, highlights and sharpness.
From your google+ stream, click on the photo you want to download. While you are in Google+ photos (larger view of the picture), click on the Actions drop down button on the bottom of the photo. Choose the Download photo option. Full photo will be downloaded.
There is a limit of 2,000 photos per album in Google Photos. You can upload unlimited free photos under the high quality setting, but there's a cap for the number of photos per album.
